Our Teacher’s Program provides teachers with access to donated products like pens and pencils, art and craft items, highlighters, scissors, incentive items like stickers and much, much more!
Teachers enjoy unlimited access to our extensive online inventory, with the exception of our Big Book Catalog and best of all, shipping is completely free!
Licensed teachers who actively work in a classroom are encouraged to apply. Others who may be eligible include: paraprofessionals, librarians, school counselors, social workers, psychologists and others. All applications are subject to approval.
All products received from NAEIR, must be used for the direct services to infants/minors, the ill, or the needy. Products cannot be bartered, traded, sold, or exchanged for goods or services.
Products are donated through NAEIR by well-known companies like Crayola, Newell Brands, 3M, Avery Products, Hallmark, Walgreens and many others. These companies generously donate their overstocked, unused, and discontinued products to assist our hard-working teachers.
If you have an application pending, there is no need to reapply as long as you have received an email verifying your application. Those who have been a member of NAEIR, but your account has been deactivated, please contact NAEIR to update and reactivate your membership.
Accounts who have not placed an order within two years are subject to deactivation.
If you have changed teaching locations, you will need to update your membership with your new school’s name, address, and phone number, your position at the school, and your home address and phone number. Your home address will be used to ship items to your home during the summer.
Remember, to keep your account active, an order must be placed at least once every two years.
To participate in the Teacher’s Program, simply complete the application. Once you are approved, you can start shopping and saving on thousands of donated products available to you. According to IRS guidelines, donated products must be offered for free; however, NAEIR is permitted to charge nominal handling and processing fees to help cover the costs of staffing, storage, and overhead for our warehouse and office facility. As a result, teachers only pay these nominal fees for the products they select, and shipping is free. Generally, teachers pay less than one-third of what they would expect to pay, even at deep discount stores!

NAEIR is happy to provide free shipping of products to our Teacher’s Program Members. Supplies are shipped to the classroom or to the teachers residence.
