Teacher’s Program Membership is free for qualified teachers and provides access to a wide range of donated products, including pens, pencils, art supplies, highlighters, stickers, incentive items and more. Teachers pay only nominal handling and processing fees for the products they select.

Yes, all products at NAEIR are free. According to IRS guidelines, donated products must be offered for free. However, NAEIR is permitted to charge nominal handling and processing fees to help cover the costs of staffing, storage, and overhead for our 450,000 sq. ft warehouse and office facility.
As a result, members only pay nominal handling and processing fees for the products they select, and shipping is free for most products. Generally, members pay less than one-third of what they would expect to pay, even at deep discount stores!
NAEIR has been a Godsend for the large shoebox packing party we carry out annually to benefit the Operation Christmas Child ministry. Since 2009 we’ve been able to pack over 330,000 gift-filled shoeboxes that are sent to more than100 countries around the world to bless children with a gift that is an expression of God’s love. For the last several years we’ve packed 4 full trucks with 22,400 of these gift-filled boxes, and almost all of them contain items from NAEIR. We’ve been able to purchase such items as high quality stuffed toys, jewelry, crayons, pens, cups, and fidget spinners that will delight children at a much lower cost than we could obtain anywhere else. Our partnership with NAEIR has been a crucial component of our ministry, and our relationship with our NAEIR customer service representative has been amazing. If it is your “mission” to help others NAEIR is there to help you get started. Over twenty-four years ago when my husband and I retired we felt that we still had a lot to give so we decided to begin helping others in our community. We were delivering Christmas gifts to a senior center when the director told us about an agency called “Naeir” and thought it might be a place that could help us with our “mission” work. Our first thought was the old adage: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I called Naeir and they gave me a list of agencies that were members of Naeir. After consulting with other agencies we decided to join and have never regretted that move. We had started small with our mission work but because of the variety of items we got from NAEIR we were able to grow and began helping many other agencies and groups of people. We went from helping our local schools, senior centers and nursing homes to taking trailer loads of items to the Cherokee Nation and a Tlingit school in Alaska. So if you are a small church or a large school district Naeir has a variety of memberships that will meet your needs.
